A Source of Knowledge, Guidance, and Strength

The Breast Health Navigator Service, is a resource for patients with benign breast changes or a breast cancer diagnosis. Sara is a Certified Breast Nurse Navigator, a patient advocate and nine-year breast cancer survivor who understands that an abnormal mammogram or ultrasound can be an overwhelming experience.  Our other Certified Breast Nurse Navigator, Rene Greenleaf, is equally skilled in supporting and guiding patients through the uncertainties of new diagnoses and treatments.
