Nutrition Services and Patient Education

At Derry Medical Center / Londonderry Family Practice Center, a registered dietitian is available to discuss your diet or nutrition concerns such as weight management, heart disease, diabetes, or other concerns. Individualized nutrition counseling, when appropriate, can also be done under the direction of your physician.
