Hours of Operation

Our hours of operation are:
Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Call Center Hours

Our call center hours are:
Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m – 12:00 p.m.

We Accommodate Same-Day Requests

We also strive to accommodate requests for same day appointments. While it is not always possible to be seen by your regular provider for a same day request, you will be scheduled with a member of our team. Appointment slots for same day visits are maintained in order to facilitate urgent access to medical care for our patients. This is something we have been doing for forty years.

On Call 24-hours a Day

We are on-call 24-hours a day. After hours and during the weekend, a physician is on-call and can be reached by calling our answering service at (603) 666-6141. We do not share the provision of evening and weekend emergency call with other groups or physicians. Your on-call provider always has access to your medical record.

Please note that Derry Medical Center and Londonderry Family Practice will be closed for the following holidays:
