Patients may access their lab results, office visit and vitals history as well as submit a request for an appointment, prescription refills, demographic updates, or insurance changes through our innovative new PATIENT ACCESS web point. This is a secure connection and HIPAA compliant to ensure your privacy. Ask for a registration form from the office to use this service. Call our office at (603) 537-1300.

Do not use the Messaging section to send a message to a caregiver. Your message will not be answered.
