Wellness First

Vision:

Chronic debilitating conditions are creeping into our lives. We at Derry Medical Center/Londonderry Family Practice welcome the challenge to address these debilitating conditions at the source. We understand that people want to live long and live well. If we are to truly enhance the well-being of our patients we must make available programs, services and classes that embrace and support an active lifestyle, healthy food choices, and empower our patients to live better lives. This Center represents our dedication and commitment to supporting our patients in their quest for choosing a healthier lifestyle.

Lifestyle approach:

Wellness First, is currently under construction. It's primary goal is to support wellness, prevention, management of medically supervised weight loss, diabetes/cholesterol, pre diabetic education and nutritional support is growing as you are reading this. Best of all it is located just down the road from our Derry office!

We are excited to be moving forward for families throughout southern New Hampshire to offer a location with customized services and programs that build healthier communities by promoting wellness, supporting prevention and managing risk, aligning the interests of health and wellness professionals with individuals, families, and employers.
